- Friday: Aunt Shelly came over and brought a movie ("Pride"). Good movie! Baby Lainey played and had a good time. When Granny got home from work at 10, Lainey woke up and played with her and her dog Sadie. She was giggling and screaming in delight at Sadie.
- Saturday: Mommies cleaned house and started the yard work. Then we all went to a get-together at our friend Sarah's house. We hung out with our friends: Linda, Martha, Aunt Shelly, Sara, Angela, Angie, Mary, Teresa etc. We had a good time. We played some cornhole and visited for a few hours before heading home early to put the Bug to bed.
- Sunday: We did our usual every other Sunday Wal-Mart run and Sunday dinner. Sunday dinner was nice. Aunt Shelly, Linda and Martha came over. I grilled fresh corn on the grill with steaks and fresh veggies.
Ordinary everyday stuff is simply extraordinary with Lainey-Bug! She's such a good baby and a ray of light. Did I mention that Lainey means "bright" "shining light" or "ray of light" in French? and that Grace means "blessing" or "favor"? Lainey is our blessed ray of light!!
